Royal steak in Goodman
The origin of "Porterhouse" which is also called "Royal steak" is shrouded in mystery. According to one version, steak got its name in British pubs, where it had been usually ordered with porter, ale or beer. The other legend says that its story began around 1814 year in Manhattan, in Martin Morrisons restaurant "Porter House".
Royal Steak combines marble striploin and tenderloin, the taste of which can perfectly accentuate red wine Tres Picos, Borsao (Spain).
