In order to prepare this dish you need to sprinkle lamb shanks with salt and paper and fry in oil until golden brown. Afterwards, you have to put the shanks in a pan very close to each other, pour over with hot water, add onions, carrots, garlic, rosemary and simmer until fully cooked.

The received broth you should strain off and boil out to the consistency of the sauce. Before serving, slightly season the shanks with sauce and bake in the oven until the formation of the glaze, put the shanks on the plate again and season it with the sauce.
