GOODMAN shares recipes!

Steak House GOODMAN does not stop experimenting and keeps looking for new dishes. This time under the chef’s "eye" is the usual apple! The result is brilliant as always! The new dish, baked apple with candied dried fruit and fruit poppy sauce was included to the Lenten menu of the Steak House.

Now GOODMAN kindly shares the proprietary recipe of this speciality. Take great sour-sweet apple, cut it horizontally in a zigzag fashion, bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until apple is tender enough. Meanwhile, cook the fruit poppy sauce, putting dried apricots, raisins, canned peaches, pour

peach and apple juice together. Then add honey in the mixture and stew on low heat for 5-7 minutes. After that, add milled poppy and stew 5 minutes more. Place cooked apple on a plate, put fruit poppy sauce in the middle of the apple and around it. Baked apple with candied dried fruits, served with fruit poppy sauce is ready! Enjoy your meal!
